She creates breakthroughs for individuals and organizations shifting into a context of sufficiency, ease, and compassionate leadership.
Anna is a therapist whose work is grounded in the belief that people use narrative, or story, to make meaning of their lives and identities. Her passion, background, and training include working with new parents, those navigating gender and sexuality, and those who have experienced trauma, particularly domestic and sexual violence. She work with adults and adolescents. Anna has a deep appreciation for people at the margins and intersections of life, and works hard to honor your realities, truth and identities.
Shirley is a massage therapist and healing practitioner with 13 years of experience in the healing arts. Her therapeutic massage sessions combine various modalities and techniques to assist in your relaxation, healing and well-being. In addition, Shirley offers Reiki energy sessions that incorporate shamanic and crystal healing, as well as Reflexology for the hands and feet, using strategically placed finger pressure to help relieve tension and improve circulation. All modalities are performed to your level of comfort and help to facilitate your healing process.

She has expertise providing nutrition therapy to people with eating disorders/disordered eating and weight concerns of all types. Abigail holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a master’s degree in Nutrition, and has completed a clinical & research fellowship in Adolescent/Young Adult Medicine (Children’s Hospital Boston). She is a licensed provider in the state of Massachusetts.
